I experienced the text book version of workplace bullying in this company from people within and outside the project team as they hired too many immature and insecure people with superority complex. They yet to learn to become a decent and normal humanbeing before becoming good engineers. Some engineers do not have the skills that they claim to have but impose their ways on you. There is no space for a healthy discussion. When they realize you could be a threat, they will stop knowledge transferring, even set you up to fail. Dont be fooled by their Harrassment Prevention training. All sorts of unacceptable behaviors were ignored, tolerated and justified when they really happened. Noone cares who is doing what and how much as long as the work gets done. You are at the mercy of your coworkers who happend to be there before you, and who assume the role of your supervisor to say the least. I have to say this is the worst place for female engineers as some guys hold sexist and misogynistic views. I wouldn't be suprised if they get sued one day unless they address the toxic work culture.

Working with children with sky high ego while not having much technical skill was the worst part! Being stalked by a sociopath after she called on other members of her cliques to isolate and exclude me from the team. After Being subjected to her constant passive-aggressions and when I responded once only, she ran to the country club manager to make accusations by distorting cherry-picking facts. She was the most unpleasant and the most toxic person in that toxic environment as she purely operated on personal level while pretending like a social butterfly when the manager/damager was around. Disgusting and pathetic! Be aware of the cliques based on color of skin and nationality. If you don’t have any of those in common, they make sure you go through hell. Some damagers use members of their cliques to create a hostile environment where you are denigrated, diminished on daily basis so you will quit yourself. Nice try! Learnt how brutal corporate America could get from this company, thanks to those toxic, narcissistic, misogynistic, sexist, insecure and hypocritical individuals who take your kindness as your weakness, your silence as your acceptance and have no humanity, no character. They are not afraid of chopping off others head to look tall - though they still can’t reach your shoulders! Never run to the HR if you are bullied, sexually harassed even your manager asked you to do so. HR is not your friend and they don’t like complainers - no matter how legitimate your complain is. When things get to that level, update your CV and find another job - there are many great places out there where you will be appreciated, respected, included and treated with kindness - all those are too much to ask from this organization.
