Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Dislikes

A Lot of reformations needed to be done as the quality of hiring should be improvised. Employee benefits and compensation policies are at very poor standards.

In Rajahmundry I love my job and they have good culture of work

In Visakhapatnam head office it's horrible with people around us they have very cunning mind and say reasons to cut their cost and burden on us i hate work culture here
