...ake break on lunch time. They are allow to take a medical leave more than 2days. They hold my salary just because I am hospitalised and I take a leave more than 3days. They doesn't give me salary of my working days but they cutted PF from my account on that time when I need money. Is it right? Why we do job? If we are not getting money they what is the need of that job? We are employees not a workers. There is no professional environment. Even team leaders are talking non professional with employees. They targeting someone and then try to make that employee alone. There if employee already left their job but still they use employee's details and run account for showing number of employees.

Management not able to take good decision resulting in entire team in trouble. Instead of hiring and retaining skilled resources, they prefer freshers and then expect freshers to do job of seniors. As soon as you resign, you become enemy and they start talking to you in different way. After you resign, you cannot join directly or indirectly their clients or other companies who work with same client. This put me in trouble, despite of having good opportunity in hand, I wasn't able to join that company. Datamatics forced me not to join. IT team speaks abusive language and even after complaining, nothing happens. Management tries to throw their mistakes on you.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.

...ut they provided with work from home facilities, and internet facilities too. And one more good quality is company providing salary at correct time without any delay even in pandemic situation. And this is the consider as the best quality for the company.

The disappointment about the company is that , frequently clients closing the projects. And overall experience is nice.

Less appraisal, no recognition, extended working hours, always take approval if you have PL GL, not more than 2 days, Lots of process depend upon team, No bonus, No get-together.
