In datamark career and salary growth are very less. Attractive incentives but VERY HARD TO GET the incentive. And here many processes shift extend on daily basis. Here very hard to get promotion. CANTEEN QUALITY IS POOR.

Good work environment and culture. It is good for start-up your career. Company policies are good and management team are supportive. Overall Experience was Good.

Salary was decent but there is no hikes. Some leaders are good to support our team members to encourage our ability. But some politics are here inbetween leaders.

Growth opportunities is very much low. Superiors don't even consider the hard work of individuals. No cab facilities also earnings and bonus was very low. Only superiors like supervisors, project leaders, team leaders, quality leaders etc , got all the facilities. But people like a basis level was very much stressful in work place duw to the work pressure.

Teammates, TLs, Managers everything good but salary average. If you work hard you can achieve good incentives and further you can move next level.

Basic salary worst. You have to work hard otherwise your take home salary will be 6-7k. Ac maintenance worst. Even in winter season you will feel hot inside the office. They won't switch on the AC. Because of this issue lot of girls got PILES issue.
