No Work Life balance. Inside the some teams internal politics are more. No extra bonus and compensation.

Working with dataguise is Like learing everyday somthing new and improve your knowledge. You can not improve technical knowledge but can improve overall personal and manageral skills too. Working envirnoment is very supportive and understanding.

The great company to work for in Mohali.Huge learning curve which includes cloud, hadoop ecosystem, latest databases etc. Good division of work across team to build great product.Coming to work culture its has always been cool so far. They do have month end party, different activities that keeps up your morale active and refreshes you mindset always. All managers and higher management is always reachable and always help as and when required. I was there for year and I never felt unnecessary pressure if you have good potential to resolve it.

Dislikes

Nothing, some old people are there who need to take care of product by work also not only by mouth.Being in product domain obvioulsy older people knows ins and outs of product so they should share the same to new buddies without any second thought.I am sure even then also they will be recognised and will be looked after more. Think Big in that sense guys !!!!!!
