Datagrid Solutions Pvt Ltd conducted campus interview at our college. During form filling they said packages will be offered in range of 3.5-4 lakhs. Because of this I applied to it. After that I was selected for that role. But they offered package of 3 lakhs. They offered less than the package they have mentioned during form filling. They don't stand on there words. If they conducted interview in your college, think before applying in this company for any role.

The company is open to getting projects and putting them on hold or neglecting them till the clients forces you to show results or won’t pay

Good environment where you are asked to leave without any reason whatsoever without even taking into consideration the amount of work you did. And amount of work done by others in the same project if it meant simply copying it from other project

I learned so many thing things in company and Dj sir is as usual always helpful. nice company and i referred my juniors there.. lots of things there to be learn for fresher.

everything is was good but as we all know noone is perfect but if you asked me there is nothing bad because i learned so many things there and that improved me professionally as well as personal things also.
