Everything. Company lacks good managerial staff. People hired as managers have zero team handling skills and managerial skills. People who are promoted are only manipulative ones.

They put me on leave at the time of pandemic. After one week of lockdown, the put me on leave "without pay", and kept on saying you'll be rejoining whenever office will start. I was waiting for 4 months. So I had to left the company with no remaining option.

I have work in the company do not expert salary or growth, but learn skills every job learn something to you do not worry about salary or promotion or growth work for you experience. And take, what it gives you good or bad experience no worry i will bet you it will help you to grow everything. It is important in life do not run for money run for work it gives you money

some needs to change because a position of person may be feel borrow let him work for different position give him different work that get better improvement to him, change everyone shuffle them work let everyone learn it helps to identify bugs to them and help organization growth. and let give some space for their life do not assign work to home just try finish in office

It is a good place to work an you can learn a lot the work environment is goof

There is work pressure and less rewards and you have to manage all the things but sometime it is good to take work pressure
