...rt from your senior(at least my TL is supportive) HR department is overall good. Overtime pay that keeps you motivated.

Too much travelling and sometimes you are too tired to carry on but you have to coz the company is paying for your stay and food (when you are out station) and you have to justify it. Pathetic increment in FY2022. Hope it would get better

...hort of words to explain the company, I am still working here since an year now. My journey feel likes I am getting exploited no promotion, no growth, salary hike of 5 percent after getting appreciation from seniors hahahaha feel like joke to me now. If you're really keen to join corporate then don't come here and waste your time.

The environment was great. Teammates were quite in tasks. There is a huge cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

It has a better provision for salary but career growth is slow

Work from home can be taken whenever needed and it gives nice opportunity.

Dislikes

Leaves for allotted but you have to beg for leaves. Salary package is low and there is no work life balance. Alloted work completion is not satisfying for them to give the better appraisal and promotion.
