Managers and directors are playing dirty politics specially in the support org. One person is controlling the entire support org processes(whom to continue and whom to fire). If you're not in the favorites list, then be assured to be fired. In order to promote or grow the favorites associates others will be scapegoats who will be eliminated by defining a new process and the VPs will happily approve the proceedings.

1. The company growth is exponential. 2. It feels great to be apart of one of the best Data and AI companies in the world

Dislikes

1. There is a lot of internal chaos in the management which takes a toll on you in the long run 2. They follow hire fire culture and are not considerate of the time zone difference for India employees 3. TA team is driven like a sales team 4. There is no breather given to the employees and every quarter there is a hiring urgency (more so of their hire-fire culture, there is always a catch up game) 5. The benefits are great but you don't get time for them

Companies common goal towards success is a key that I admire. Company has got a strong CEO and a well supporting Co Founders are the support system of Databricks. No doubt about company's Growth

Dislikes

One of the worst Management at IT sector. No value for Employees. No work life balance. An unnecessary urge is created and no value for Employees concern. Horrible response from management when concerns are raised, especially the Salesforce team (I can only talk about the team I worked for) When I raised concern about spending nearly 14 hours for work, Response was unbelievable that "As a manager I am working for 15 hours so what are you". Very toxic environment inside Salesforce team. Request for CEO Companies name is being spoiled because of certain management folks in IT team especially Salesforce team where each and every resources are really struggling hard to save their job. Literally threatening people if they don't spend more than 14 hours and being available in weekends as well.
