The company is working to build the new technologies which is completely for the business prospectus. I got to work on the new technologies with new challenges everyday which enhanced my technical skills and ability to accept the challenges. Have the facility to play after lunch. If you are staying in office after 11 pm and if it is now your schedule dinner will be provided.

Dislikes

... is not good. There is a lot of politics between a little strength of employees. If I talk about compensation, it is too little. They never made the hike when they promised, mine have been postponed twice, so never get it in my tenure. On the name of flexible work timings they make to work for whatever time they want. Sometimes need to work for 15-16 hours in a day. The whole day if I asked for work it will be negligible as such. In evening when that was the time to leave they have urgent work that are more then infinity. There was no testing team which make me to test my development by myself which mostly leads to the bug full application. If I ask for the documentation the documentation generated is nothing but the FAQs provided to customers. So understanding the application for new comers will be like evil dead nightmare.

The good things of the company is creating opportunities and giving the time to learn the responsibility. It good environment with good people's. The CEO of the company Mr. Prem is very loyal and kind person. And company is very helpful with all kinds. The quality of the product is also good and user friendly.

As a fresher I joined here and learn a lot of things in this organisation.All the seniors who are working here are very supportive,even they tell the basics of any doubts.It is very helpful in our career growth.
