No salary hikes and irregular appraisal cycles. The company does not sponsor learning opportunities for new skills required in projects. Management is biased and lacks proper structure, leading to an imbalanced work environment

Based on the skill you have they will assign you in a project.They won’t keep employees in bench for long time as soon as they get the project they will assign to the employee who is on the bench.

Salary is very less and you won’t get the recognization for the work you did.

joined datatemplate with a great Kickstart Interview which was taken By Mr.Suresh and it has beautiful infrastructure and as a fresher Training was provided which was really helpful every body here makes sure to solve if any concerns are there for the employees . The only thing is the need for cafe or any refreshing cafe ideas..Totally it's a great Kickstart for my career .
