Based on the skill you have they will assign you in a project.They won’t keep employees in bench for long time as soon as they get the project they will assign to the employee who is on the bench.

Salary is very less and you won’t get the recognization for the work you did.

joined datatemplate with a great Kickstart Interview which was taken By Mr.Suresh and it has beautiful infrastructure and as a fresher Training was provided which was really helpful every body here makes sure to solve if any concerns are there for the employees . The only thing is the need for cafe or any refreshing cafe ideas..Totally it's a great Kickstart for my career .

Nothing in particular just suggestion is to build or set up an small cafeteria

I am working here from 2023 Jan, I am very happy to be a part of this company. It great place to work and learn new technologies. They will encourage us to come up with new ideas and work in different technology and the managers and every employee is supportive and encourages for the work. I am very proud to work here, and positive and great work culture.
