Job security is here, I like most. They don't sack any employee they might change there team but never heard that any employee got sack from this company

Dislikes

Low pay , no increment very slow in the matter of appraisal,increment and pay. Seniors play politics and are partial towers every new joinee and freshers even after complaining nothing happens. I don't feel heard over here.

They give salary on time, company rules are Good....

Office politics, some peoples are bad, some project managers are very bad behavior, they don't give you CL or MEDICAL Leave... I only get 8 days holiday in my Whole 3 years of working in DCG DATACORE...

Data core offers Job security to all of its employees. We get the salary and incentives on time. In the current WFH scenario we can work more in a more flexible way, maintaining a balance between professional and personal life.

As such I have no grievances from the company. If the payscale could have been a but more high, it would be better.

...rk environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is good. Company policies are good, they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics . Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

...ll make you work in Sundays and even on national holidays. No policy and ethics. Can deduct your salary even if you have CL/EL remaining. I worked in Coding section , the manager was so pathetic and ill-minded as well as no basic sense on how to talk with your fellow colleagues. Immense work pressure and the money they are paying is like they are commiserate to someone and as bad as the language from the managements also, you can"t even guess what is waiting , at the time of interview. My advice is don"t go or suggest this Datacore systems to anyone, ever. If you have CPC certification and want growth in Medical coding field, better join Sunknowledge / Medfin / Cognizant or go to Chennai/ Hyderabad. Appraisal ?? There nothing exist like that thing. Infact they made a lot of senior employees to resign by force saying they don't need manpower.. Politics is in worst level. No work-life balance. I wish i could have given ratings in negative!!
