There is nothing to like about the work. Initially you might that you will get to learn about different things as you move from report to report but since the TAT is so low.. about 5 days, your memory won't retain anything. Better to join competitors like M&M. Team leads are helpful although it is subjective. Only they can can make your life easier here

... non considerate bearing no emotion at all. 2. Micromanagement at its finest 3. You have to struggle to get basic things like salary slips 4. There is a favouritism and once you are on hit list, they will publicly humiliate you on chats 5. Regular working hours are easily 12-14 hours with seniors working upto 16-18 hrs 6. The work culture is very congesting 7. Salary is below market standards 8. Nothing new to learn, copy pasting from other reports.

There is nothing to be liked about DBMR

...t waste your time and efforts at such a worst company, also, no growth is there. Talking about appraisals they will provide you appraisal about 20% on a salary near about 19000. No need to waste your time in a company like DBMR. No one is helpful neither HRs, nor Management and if you have someone by your side or in your support they will kick them out. DBMR is worst than the worst.

...policy is biased and can only be enjoyed by few favourite persons of management. They will love you when your salary is less and your results are more and when you ask for hike they won't recognise your acheivements and all of the sudden you will be in the target list.
