As working with billing analyst salary is not up to the mark. Less salary with the more working analyst. They will call your office at any time. No hybrid work culture. Most people leave these companies because of the manager nature issues. Also, they called the people on Saturday and Sunday. Our Manager Mr. Girish Rasal L7W (Manager) and William Abhram WAM1 (Supervisor) is one of them. His nature is terrible as he doesn't trust us. He overworked us and he doesn't recognize our contributions. He doesn't honor our commitments and promotes the wrong people (chatu logo ko). He takes all the credit and doesn't advocate for their employees. If you read my post please take action with these people so that other people get the benefit. Thank You

If you are lazy by nature, you will enjoy every bit of your time here. The problem is that you will remain in the same trap, and before you realize it, 5+ years will have already passed because most of the people around you are older and you will slowly start to feel miserable like them. Being older is not a problem but to behave like one, definitely is the one. BASICALLY NOTHING TO LIKE.

1) Salary is really low here. The best part will be to join these idiots and leave within a year or two. You will thank me later. 2) Upper management and HR. They are the worst of all. All uncles and uncle like mentality. HR's are plain stupid coz they are the ones running RnD by offering low salary. You will never interact with them. For issues go to people manager, for salary go to people manager, etc etc, you get the point. 3) Tech they utilise is of no use in the outside world. 4) No employee benefits like sweets and all on Diwali. Calling this a product based company is basically a joke. The yearly gift you get is plain shit and stupid. People have been getting company Tshirt of worst quality with some random brands like ANMOL, FUNTOOSH(I don't remember names actually but you get the point). For Ganesh Chturthi, Diwali you will have to stand in queue to get sweets. Like really??? 5) If you are going to join SOLIDWORKS, you have my blessings. And in Solidworks if you are joining Manual QA team then you need GOD because that team is with Koka Veera Vara. PATHETIC human and pathetic thinking. You will be given appraisal based on how much information you have passed him and how much time you are sitting at your place. Never join SOLIDWORKS coz from top to bottom everything is just hopeless. 6) jiyo chahe maro 3 din tho jana hi padhega in office.

Work Life Balance, Not just me but every single employee would say the same. It is so balanced that you will get comfortable and that's not a good thing for Young Devs.

Management decisions Pay Lack of new Tech Their rules and regulations with regards to development ( Have their won internal procedure and tools)

-Salary is comparitively low -Appraisal is comparitively lower than market(8%-20%) -Works on very old technologies

Lower salary benefits as compared to other product based companies. Internal growth is slow. Not easy to switch internally. Slow to adapt to new technologies.
