3DPLM global services is very active in Employee Engagement activities/events /parties/trips etc.The projects are well driven by the leadership team. People work hard and in smart ways.The employees can learn how to survive in corporate culture. Recruiters are enthusiastic and friendly.You are lucky if you get a supportive group to get a helping hand in this company.Good mediclaim policy including insurance for parents and the individual. Overall a nice company to work for (only if surrounded with helpful colleagues at work).

Highly pressurized environment. Low compensation with no benefits.Office politics and unreasonable attitude towards employees.No work life balance. People are expected to work 24/7.Work during weekends is common.You will have to fight for leaves.

Good people & open working culture, not much work pressure.

Remuneration & rewards lowest in the industry, same old people at management level, no new work, no growth at all, favoritism on the basis of native place & promotion based on level of sycophancy, compromised values, huge difference in pay at each level.

Typically product based company and working on the outdated technology and self owned tools(scm,odts,build tools)which has no value outside the company.People manager and team lead are the worst part of the company. They are the people who got these positions so early in their career. And now they have been sticked to their seats.They will not contribute for team growth like a government oficials, they do not understand the employee growth needs in terms of learning.If anyone has hunger for learning and career growth I recomand to look for better opportunity in terms of sallery and onsite opportunity. Cons 1.No onsite opportunity 2.Less CTC growth 3.Promotions are not linked to CTC growth 4.You have to be use CAA APIs (c++, java)all your tenure inside company This learning will not help you grow in carreer path 5.Even if you wish to spend moretime with comapany they will take you granted and will fool you everyday saying those fithy word "I fight for you during appraisal "! " We will take care of you next time"!

Good support during covid, workload mostly depends on the team you're working with, many fun activities organized by the organization, annual gifts are good, get to work on almost all the concepts used in PLM domain dassault systemes development languages and tools
