Free Canteen🍜 and bus🚌 facility👍. Strict hours with 5 day working in week😍. On time salary 💵. On job training opportunities✈️( beneficial only for freshers). Indo- French working culture🤩.

Dislikes

No value for experienced. people(treats like freshers)😡. No trainings for personal & skill development.🤫. Lack of systems and no focus on process approach & lean methodolgies😴. No KPIs. Won't recognize smart and hard working employess👎. No scope for learning technical aspects( which are useful for career development). Management focuses more on NVA things, irrelevant to business activities & growth😩. No strong technical team from Cross functions, which is huge drawback😔.( management least bothers) No awarness and updates to their employees on company performance,business plans and atleast delivery plans( everything keeps secret🤐). HR team on boards skilled professionals but technical team unable to utilize them🤗. Unfair bond policies👹 Always saying 'yes' kind of people can survive with long career Ir-respect of knowledge & skills👨‍🏫👩‍🔧. Finally everything will be controlled by French authorities, followed by indian professionals 😇.
