I Worked at dashtoon, they used to hold meeting at 11 in the every morning, and after that , work assignment would come around noon, the work would often extend into the night, they had an AI studio called Dashtoon, which had two versions: classic and modern, I primarily on the classic version. One day, they abruptly switched me from the classic version to the modern one without proper training. Despite informing them of my lack of training, they terminated me without notice on the same day, the company culture was terrible, the problem wasn't with the animation themselves but with their Ai studio, which didn't generate images properly, During meeting, the team lead would encourage us to ask questions, but once work started , there was no response from them, It was a terrible experience working there, my team lead wouldn't respond to any of my queries promptly. the growth manager created a google sheet for us to update our work timings, but they didn't understand the time it takes for AI to generate images. Even though i worked tirelessly into the night, they would still criticize me for not working properly. they would explain one thing before starting the animation and then change it after completion. My team lead did this several times, despite my providing screenshots as proof. they terminated me, claiming my work lacked quality, but my team lead had previously accepted and praised my work as "good to go" Even after that, they gave me bad review. This wasn't my fault, it was the fault of the team lead and growth manager. The HR department sent me the termination email late at night, and by the time I opened it, my account had already been deleted. this was my experience at Dashtoon. There was zero growth for motion graphics artist

There is no job security in this company and 300 or more than 300 people got terminated in last 2 months. 5 months ago when my interview was going, the interviewer told me that if my work does go in a good way they will extend my contract and extend my salary also. And my work was going in a good way and I was working so hard for last 5 months. My coordinators also were appreciating my work. And one month back I heard about something from a colleague that they were being terminated so many people for their new experimental work. So for a clarity or assurity I asked about it to my manager and he also told me that don't worry my contract will be extended in one month and I have screenshot also😅.After 10 days I also got terminated suddenly for their new experimental work. I live alone out of my hometown at a rented place and at this point I don't know how will I manage my expenses and how will I earn money in this point to give my room rent and EMI. Obviously It will take time to get a new job. Actually it's an experimental company. it's not good for the growth of career. Actually I was not ready for this worse of an experience from this company because it was so suddenly happened. I will not recommend to anyone for work with this company. It's such a bad experience in my last 5 years professional life.
