Store teams are very supportive, helpful and help you with your learning process.

Dislikes

Management is the worst. Apart from sales department, there is no proper incentive or compensation/benefits for the employees. False commitments are made during interview by Mr Bharat and the HR (Miss Anitha). When addressing these concerns they become very defensive and aggressive towards the employee completely flipping from their words. To sum it up, they want quality work by hiring cheap labour for a short tenure. If you are someone looking to grow in your career then this is not the place for you.

Here timings is the big issue because they will work for 10 and half an hour.. And u cannot take week off on weekends..
