Cooperative, little bit of politics, opportunities to excel, new learning experience, tough challenges and deadlines, poor and erratic decision making, work like OK, remuneration average, system failures due to lack of direction and abrupt decision making. Overall great experience to complete and and a niche of oneself if you are tough nut to crack.

Decisions are made based on borrowed second hand information rather than facts. No room to justify your stand. Everything is out of whims and mistrust. Nothing is analytical. Roll out is terribly high. Decisions lack concrete case study. It's always instincts.
