The best part of my job is the opportunity to constantly learn and grow. Well the company has very nice friendly/family like environment, the pay/ benefits are very good, and the bosses are all great leaders.

The biggest problem with any relationship is lack of communication. And that extends beyond personal life into work life. The issue starts when employees avoid speaking forthright to their employers for fear of retribution. A valid feeling in many cases.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
