...r dirty politics. Seniors are expecting that you don't have home, family life...just because they pay u.... They own you... And have to work like hell and they won't even care wht happens whether you are sick or dying....

On-site opportunities which they used to give in past. But now you wont get it.

No job security. No compensation. No employee policy. Middle east culture is followed like indians are labours. Low level office politics. Zero work life balance.

In such a crucial situation like Covid-19 pandemic, instead of securing future of employees, DAR have laying off their employees. There is no job security in this company.

No compensation for overtime. You may have to work after office time.

...e (8 am to 6 pm*). Job was secure till COVID-19 but then it was highly volatile. Best thing is that Contribution to PF by employers is apart from salary.

Lack of hierarchy can be sensed since all the decision are taken by management 😀.

This company is good for how to design for building, mall, airport,etc. Various other department knowledge you will get. I find this interesting.

Many dislikes actually 1. Working hours 2. No facility 3. Non friendly environment 4. Less increment as compare to work 5. No overtime money 6. Only 21 holidays 7. Working on weekend too Etc..
