Long working hours and not work time flexibility they will cut the salary if you dont complete the total no of working hours if u leave early one day the u have to compensate for that much hours otherwise they will cut your salary and they will take more work and force you to do overtime that over time they will not pay worst MNC ever specially in mechanical department there is no work flexibility they think we are machines not humans i request all the department heads to take serious action on the work culture and add 2days work from home and give us the flexibility to take that WFH accordingly i request Manoj sir to take this feed back seriously sir we are in very tight environment please make this free

Salary on time and no delays. Family visa renewal and medical insurance.

It depends on the project and manager. No yearly vacation holidays provided in my project I took 2 weeks in 3 years. And project manager not interested to take responsibility and replacement during holidays. Always threatening about present job if we took yearly vacation. Workork life balance difficult. Also no promotion or further improvement.

They have really good projects to work on internationally. You will get to brush your hands on various softwares.

There is 0 work life balance, the salary increments are too low. You will keep on repetitive work for months and months without any personal and professional growth.

There is nothing like a corporate office in DAR. Worst food/cafeteria services in industry. Also the office is like a call center, only difference is that you can't talk there. You get stupid 1980 screen in the starting... And then you have to request everything from online portal. Even when you don't have internet, you have to go and ask someone else to register complaint for you. Forget about OT or dinner if you are working even at midnight. There's is only powder milk in pantry. HR department is super slow to do anything. Attendance system is pathetic. I would suggest people to avoid this if you can. Or be mentally prepare to handle the toxic environment of work load.

Every week so many submissions. No extra resources on project. Working hours 24+ hrs without sleep. Time comes when your body and mind doesn't support but because of pressure have to sacrifice health. Seniors love politics. No personal life.
