There was nothing to like. No stability no proper responsibility as per your role. It was purely orthodox European culture where their European employees think themselves superior and don't want Indians to speak or suggest anything. If you suggest then it will be neglected.

Dislikes

Danske IT do all unethical trades to shake the employee from the job and after that they even pay for the full notice period. Their HR and managers start neglecting your calls for all your concerns. You can't reach out to anybody after they throw you out. For this unethical settlement they take full 45 days. Even they don't give relieving letter before 45 days. after 45 days you have to remind them that now 45 days are over. Dasnke IT is now moving out of India but you can find these same people with Infosys as it is merging with Infosys.

Work life balance and European work culture.

Dislikes

...ikes are pretty average so much so, they don't even beat the annual inflation. Maybe consider joining it if you join at a senior position and are getting an above average compensation. Basically, the company acts as a service based company for the Danske Bank , without onsite opportunities but with a little better salary.

Good culture, good work life balance, benefits and compensation is better than competitors. Future focused bank and it deals with new and emerging technology

Lot of automation can be done and this is predominantly for own employees not for customers. The bank is future focused but more development and automation can be done to the internal policies

Work culture is great and managers are really understanding. Less Work Pressure. No micro management. Health Insurance is amazing providing 8Lakhs coverage for self,spouse,parents and upto two children.
