As i feel here growth is slow and no criteria have set for the same. Job security is also a area of concern. Managers don't value once feedback. Some times we work 11-12hrs

I am a mechanical engineer graduate. In Danone my experience is terrible as I had to work on minimum wages(unskilled category) with no any kind of bonus or benefits just work work and work 10-12 hours some times more and no any kind of overtime. They just extorted me.

Every thing as I felt like alien there. Workers having less experience has good salary and other benefits than me.

The company based from France he have nutrition business in India not competitive compares to other offers good package and perks but brand productivity poor ownership employees poor.

It’s very important to have a good manager even if the role or the company is not upto the mark. Here at Danone I could see of having toxic managers working really hard to suppress their employees. And the politics is next level. And It’s become very alarming when everyone’s think the same.

Dislikes

Well Danone has the highest sustainability rate. But people are working under toxic people here. Few of female managers are very rude and toxic.

Company internal Culture is average now a days. Whereas previously culture was best place to work.

Dislikes

No appreciation for internal good work in terms appraisals. Even vision is missing. Every individual just trying to justify their responsibility. Even just working without understanding marketing demand.
