Last 4 months no salary Reimbursement which was applied before 9 months no sign of deposit No visa If no visa employees are struggling to go on vacation so that return is not sure also in case of emergency you can’t travel & zero response from HR (wicked) They don’t give paid ticket as per contract it’s like random selection for some will get ticket after begging, for some hard luck pay your own and reimburse. No proper food Only one good opinion is room (pota cabins) are well maintained In emergency they won’t allow you to travel (so many examples) No overtime.

In every aspect 99% of staff will vote on dislikes ….

Free work culture. Work pressure less.

Dislikes

...mmissioning. No international standard following. Spares and consumables crisis. Dissimilar salary structure. Young generation demotivated. Accomodations near to fertilizer and Refinery plant which is hazardous. Food quality is not up to the mark. Sometimes salary comes late ( after 2 months).

No work culture, no policy for expats, no work life balance, salary and facilities also not satisfactory

Dislikes

No one is responsible for anything, salary processing is 2-4 months, family status is not available, 6 days week with 10 hours work day, no public holiday for expats, only 15 days leave twice a year, no career or skill development system
