I like the fact that sometimes they give unskilled people opportunities to learn other skill.

Dislikes

The fact that contractors don't provide adequate transport, for majority of thier workers is really disgusting. They own thier workers salaries too much.

I have been working with Dangote Oil refining company for last 3+ yrs on contract basis in their Gurugram office. The company offers pretty comfortable work environment. There is no work pressure of any kind any time. People are co-operative. Good work-life balance.

Dislikes

Very few people are having real work exposure & experience. Innovative ideas & suggestions get dampened easily. No value addition to me. No Growth. Not useful for career oriented person. No increment even after completing 3 years successfully. Working style, systems & work planning are not up to the mark. These could have been improved.
