The company is target oriented, down time reduce to the bearable minimum, profit oriented and working all the time is the organization watch word.

Dislikes

No good welfarism, zero compensation after service years, zero training and career development, poor salary scale, no job satisfaction, no encouragement from the top management, no staff union in other to speak and represent the interest of the staff, no company product to staffs, no lunch for staff, they are just profit oriented.

There is not a single thing to like about dangote refinery. It's a worst phase of somebody's carrer.

...nts have to be done by your own which should be handled by companies management. Employees are always much more worried about their travel,salary,food , water, lavatory arrangements rather than focusing on their job.

Company policies are good, there is no salary deduction. Arranging timely medical supports and constructive mental support to employees. Sanitizing regularly in all office and vehicles, keeping sanitizers in every office front office.

Lack of freedom in outside travelling.

...pect indians well. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Salary was good enough. Still wanted to work there.
