work-life balance is very key, imagine working from monday to saturday 8am to 6pm, and the working environment is too tribalistic where indian boses communicate among themself in hindi language and appraisal is not common here.

Dangote group of company is one of the largest and fast growing organization. which having vision for bring the company name on the higher plate form in world level .

Dangote company is economically very high but Management decision is very slow in compare to other company management in that case projects getting delay and also loses of the budget and time .
