I believe that my hard work and dedication warrant a salary that reflects my value to the organization.

... overall culture of the company is good. There are decent opportunities to grow. Pay is at par though they are not the leaders.

The Finance leadership is unaware of the weakness in Company’s systems, processes and controls. Consequently, there is wide gap between expectation and reality.
