Great work life balance, Very good R&D center in India, Very less to none corporate politics( again it depends on your team but probability is on the lower side), Lots of learning and growth opportunity in your respective industry.

Dislikes

Low salary for juniors (probably the story of every product based company), Salary hike is moderate(not really a drawback but if you work your a$s off the entire year and expect 50% increment then you will be disappointed), office in Chennai(Oragadam) is very far from better areas of the city- 30+ km far- The office location is a total really really bad and depressing. You will probably get a lot of redundant/routine work as India is only for support of actual product development team which is in Denmark, if you are lucky you will get interesting work.

...at Danfoss Industries, as it has provided me with valuable skills and knowledge. However, I do have one concern that I'd like to share: Despite my significant work experience and contributions to the company, I feel that my salary is below market average. I believe that my hard work and dedication warrant a salary that reflects my value to the organization.

... overall culture of the company is good. There are decent opportunities to grow. Pay is at par though they are not the leaders.

The Finance leadership is unaware of the weakness in Company’s systems, processes and controls. Consequently, there is wide gap between expectation and reality.

Company will not pay your variable pay STI (Bonus) - 0% payout Company doesnt pay your CTC complete Low Job Security Always making drastic changes in strategy and laying off people Top Management doesn't know how to run a $10B company
