...at Danfoss Industries, as it has provided me with valuable skills and knowledge. However, I do have one concern that I'd like to share: Despite my significant work experience and contributions to the company, I feel that my salary is below market average. I believe that my hard work and dedication warrant a salary that reflects my value to the organization.

... overall culture of the company is good. There are decent opportunities to grow. Pay is at par though they are not the leaders.

The Finance leadership is unaware of the weakness in Company’s systems, processes and controls. Consequently, there is wide gap between expectation and reality.

...reer. Many processes are against Industry - and customized to fit their company. Your manager is your highness he knows your salary, he can manipulate anything on you.

Danfoss was a great work place in the past. But it is not now.

...ome tasks if you have heavy work load". They also said "it is part of your job". They will say all nonsense but never consider you for a ethical salary hike. But when it comes to work it will be pushed on to only the hard working people. This year the unethical practices from the management had increased a lot and resulted in highest employees exit, in Danfoss India history. 13.3% of you salary is not given to you if you don't achieve targets. No free transport or free lunch. Every thing is dudected from your paycheck. Think twice if you want work here.
