There are many things to learn. Like team handling, machine learning safety etc. staff is too good. Our HRD, security and contractors are very supportive.

...ter her, she gives them a chance to move forward . She does everything for them. she doesn't pay attention to the line.She just laughs with her friends and keeps roaming around. hides her friends' mistakes, She supports them in their mistakes, talks personal even on line.When there are Hindi speaking people in the team, should the meeting be held in Marathi or Hindi? Is it okay to joke and laugh in Marathi in a meeting.Should one joke or communicate in a meeting? If person tells the truth so then she feels bad and she feels a person has an attitude. One day I asked her to teach me about documentation. She said you are talking with attitude. Then from that day she never talked with me. And when I was in hospital every staff members, contractors, supervisors , other's line team leader asked about my health but she didn't.even with my friends also. is that humanity with our team member. Here in Shop floor There is a chance only for Marathi people for promotions . If someone remains calm and does his work then is he not a good person? She just wants people to talk to and hang out with.Till date I have never seen such a line leader.She doesn't even deserve this position.

Opportunities are good for leaning new things. Excellent safety culture and quality approach. Focus towards safety and diversity is much appreciated.

Roles and responsibilities clarifications needs improvement. Employee motivation and rewards needs to be improved a lot.

Good behavior. Give more information form leader about industrial study like What is the QC tool?,what is the 7 wastege? What is the cause and effect diagram? What 6 Sigma? Etc ..... MORE SUPPORTIVE

first of all surrounding nature in that company is best the manager, supervisor and all of them are talk to softly. while working period any issues is occurring then team leader or any other faculty handled in very proper way..

Dana incorporate is an excellent company to work, you you like challenges than Dana can be a best place to work. Systems and procedures are very transparent. Leadership is very supportive and having a long term vison. If you break the conventional boundaries than sky is the limit.
