DITC is really a good company to work with. You can balance your personal and professional life very well. Teammates were good. Salary/appraisals are okay. I did not get opportunity to travel from DITC. Work culture is good. Little politics is there (I think it is every where). Overall good organisation to work with.

Dislikes

There are less opportunities to travel and supplier/customer visits. Very few members get good opportunities
