I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Company policies, work culture, job security is really good. Also work life balance is taken care here by this organisation, never felt pressure working here. All the members are supportive with each other

I experienced racism and discrimination at Dana in Germany, they bullied me and when I opposed all they could do was to terminate my contract illegally. Dana as a whole could be okay, but in Germany they are totally racists.
