Indian management and politics ., more than 90% attrition is due to internal politics., to be able to survive you need to be in good books of someone imp ., geneuin efforts won’t work

Almost major new projects launch in last 4 years and I feel very proud that I was part of the every team....overall gain good knowledge regarding product, process

I don't think anything is happened wrong....good management and employees who are working here

Other facilities and policies of companies are really best. Every employee is taken care by company very nicely.

Managers and subordinates in accounts department are not cooperative except very few. No recognition for your work even if you do something good.
