Leadership of CMD ..., In Corona time the company given full salary to all employees and even we given increment also in month of April 2020.. Damsun gives a worklife balance as well as security also .. The management is very amazing ....it always support your idea and ready for change as per scenario.. Policies of company are so flexible that every employees feel Good n secured ..

Excellent corporate co. that grows itself and work on grow his employees also, financially, technically, mentally, and work together with Zeal. Thinking of co. management if employee grows up co. automatically grow up with the experience and practices of this employee, and if co, grows its help all employees to grows up for his future...
