System not in place, No HR policy, NO leave policy, No work culture, for everything you have to asked the top management to approve the same and his approval depends on mood. Management is baise in decision making & even unethical. This review for West Bengal only.

Very bad experience in a joining time they tell different and paying time they tell diffrent don't join this bad type company. there management is very poore not single Support Provide by company.

On paying time change there words and denies there salary structure, not provide expense on time. Salary issue facing, not good management. Not supportive boss.

Even in today's digital age, the way of working here is quite manual, which leads to a lot of paperwork. As we see nowadays. Through software, we can work much better digitally. Still, a lot of work is done here in a manual manner.
