...suggestion is its better to be jobless whether working with this company they will pay you money as you want but they will kick you out when their requirement fulfills.They will mostly hier peoples at the time of oct to dec as there is a festive season in us and they will take you out as anything in jan so its better not join with the company.

everything I dislike in this company I just wasted my 3 monts by joining this organisation.

What I like about it is iam gonna leave that company!

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

There unprofessional behaviour, no insurance will be provided, no job security the manager can fire you any point of time , no specific shifts ...the shifts are rotational on daily basis

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
