It needs to be More professionaly run organization with more inclination to IT and latest Management tools and system.

Working in power sector and you will get lots of opportunities..its salary structure is very good and other facilities are also good

Working culture is very bad..it is 1948 company so its working culture is like you are working in 90s even today

...RTPS,KTPS are running well, including Hydel power stations at Maithon,&Planchet.I like most DVC because it has a good work environment, good salary, good medical benefits and some others. Being an Executive Engineer I enjoyed full freedom in my entitled work.

Too much work pressure on junior level officers. Senior level officers take no responsibility whatsoever and delegate all work to subordinates….HR and Finance Deptt. are lyathargic and take forever to take decision. Financial reimbursement for office tour, medical claims take prolonged time and one has to constantly knock finance executives for passing of bills

DVC is very good Organization in PSU. It is best PSU Organisation than other Organisation in India. I want to service again in DVC if DVC Management to give a scope till 65 years of age.

I want a separate Sports Department in DVC Towers. All sports activities control that Department. As a Sports Person, I may help the DVC.
