I've been working in multiple outlets. Some colleagues are so rude & mean to you specially Keralites colleagues. These staffs from Kerala are the worst. When you are a newcomer they treat you like shit. They will say a lot of abusive words to you & demotivate you as much as they can. They always play dirty politics in the workplace and bully whoever is not from their area. Other than that the management is quite good.

• Turnover rate is extremely funny. • marketing director is impolite and very racist. • lots of unqualified employees in the company, office politics demonstrate on top. • Working in the marketing department is horrible experience, A colleague got fired while he's in family emergency, without prior warning or notice, which is totally unethical. • HR has no decision in anything related to the staff.

... things in damas jewellery that company is giving some free times some holidays.they give good salary,bonus time to time .in covid time our company gave halp for employees.when some employes suffering from covid that time they provide such kind of facilities like special rooms and medicines.

Damas company hr department are not supportive . When we want to change our work they will not allowed,we are sinior but not giving sinior post that I don't like otherwise that company is good .

Yes I like Damas.i was work in Damas jewellery sing 2011 to 2020.company policy is very good (salary pement. Working hours. Annual leave. Accomodation. Food.) when I came vacation I lost my job for covid-19.

Terminating staff with giving wrong information of reducing staff or cost cutting, Damas has made it a fashion of spoiling staff carrier, 5. Staff cannot rely on the company anymore till staff doesn't have high influence inside company. 6. The worst management seen and experienced, who doesn't be fair with staff,l.
