Dislikes

Worst at managing work, can do better. No risk mitigation. Spontaneous decision making. No proper discussion. Bad managers with no sense in managing team. No personal growth at all. Organization going towards saturation point. Due to bad decisions backlog work is burdened on teams. No proper performance calculator for variable compensation. No discussion to improvisation.

The current promotion policy feels unfair as it prioritizes tenure over performance. Employee who demonstrate exceptional work are denied promotions solely because they haven’t completed the required 6-9 months, even if they outperform others.

Started end of 2020, the company and employees are rapidly growing. You can not blame management for economic downturn since covid and now inflation. So if you are comming to Daloopa be committed to yourself and your work, be prepared for challenges. Management keeps and close eye on its resources and does justice. You will be rewarded for sure. And only those who show commitment will survive. Vintage employees are always admired.

None, but daloopa should bring in valuation. Offering clients and consumers more than what they need is a good strategy for long term and employees will be more engaged.

It was worse experience in my entire 13 years of experience. Got health impacts like BP and surge as well. Indian tech leadership will suck you blood . They make you working till midnight and expect you to be available next morning at 8. They do this 3-4days a week. Abusing employees on zoom call.
