No learning from seniors nor any training session given to employees for their developments. No appreciation Infact always ready to face humiliation and ready to listen that you don't know anything

Really It's A Great Journey Till Now... I have achieved many things by this job... And learn lot of new ideas & also implement some ideas which is working in company very fluently.

Working culture and lots of learning potential is there. Company is taking new challenges as by targeting Vision to achieve the same.

As an Indian Company it's getting profit for domestic market for quick delivery & management on customer urgency. In terms of quality management it's very poor to give service as well maintain the quality. Wrt cooperation it's also very oldest attitude man work environment. In terms of growth in all respect only it's very poor.

Dislikes

Slow growth, not getting responses from technology. Boss isn't reliable, old culture look like 50 years old plants, etc
