I am thankful to higher mgmt because they gave me opportunity to handle a prestigious client like Tata Steel ltd. though I have no experience in refractory industry.It was really a challenging job initially but with time I learnt a lot and ready to accept any responsibility given to me.

Compensation & growth is slow.The work pressure is high.I have to work 10-14 hrs in a day.Management do not value an individuals unique strength.Also company is not providing sufficient staff hence the work load is very high.

Ocl is the only named to be known for it's cement and refractory plant in india I am very happy to be part of ocl but mangement is not so good as earlier.company is growing day by day with latest technology and comptative with market to stand.

Compensation is low .work pressure is too so much high.but management is very worst at present because no senior want to listen to his junior staff.if some one found talking in Mobile or with staff his service is ceased as such thing happen to me as my job gone just because I found talking with my staff,or mobile view and asked my incharge an explanation that why my junior had been promoted inspite of me .staff are supportive but manager lavel are not supportive.
