Almost all the workforce are dominated from one State, they are either relatives or friends of VP Operation so other states people couldn't be entertained at any cost.

Unprofessional approach and custism, If you perform better than a marwari you will not appraised better, which kills the willingness of a good employee. Just like reservation quota in government services. It turned my positivity to negativity.
