If you are ready to work without salary then this is the right place for you. No Salary, No DA. No support from Company management. Two persons are there Manu paroch and Alok Srivastava. Both are looting the group and making money. Every month the appoint new person and giving them High target (base less target) and people unable to achieve the targets and no support from Company not even a poster or any catalogue from them. And they ask you to appoint distributor on advance payment. But some How if you appoint any SS, or distributor then they will not send stocks to then before 25-30 days even after getting payment in advance.

Salary come only if get full target no 50% achieved no salary. No TA DA nothing very bad people plz request to all don't join this company.

Teammates - just ok. No training, no job security, no career growth, except few senior employees salary is poor, non of the policies were employee friendly, no medical insurance, lots of politics, working environment is very bad, not even single innovation only copy past is done. Top management has no vision. Salary is always late. When employee resigne they Harass out going employee & creat problem in FnF

Nothing absolutely. The owner Sanjay Dalmia has become rich by not paying his employee.

No work culture, nothing to learn. Everyone is making fool of Mr. Sanjay Dalmia. He is an old idiot chap who doesn't trust but believes stupid young staff who is doing nothing but just more bothered about their salary. Sanjay Sir, don't take badh dua of people who were working with you.
