Everything is good, if you join with good salary structure.

Dislikes

Salaries for freshers are very low, and loyalty is not awarded, means if you are loyal to company and stays for longer time, your salary increase normally while your juniors leave and they hire new one paying higher salary than seniors.

Likes

There is no job security. Work culture is not good. There is favouritism for some staff by HOD. Company policies are good but HR department of Our Kolhapur Unit does not implement the company policies well.

Dislikes

...get public holidays also. We can't get any extra allowance or Overtime for that. We are working here just because salary is regular. Suggestion is all applicants don't apply for power plant vacancy here. And if you want to apply do all compensation calculation and come with higher package.

Very bad place to work ...No place for ethics, company run by a specific bunch of people with their 40plus year old orthodox nature. Management are very insecure and rigid to change themselves.

1. People drivin organization 2. Not ready to learn changes, believed in 40year old policies 3. management don't believe to listen employees 4. No system and process on place 5. Very poor HR policies 6. Blame game and dirty office politics

Good working environment, work life balance, timely payment, free mind work culture, transparancy, honesty

Dislikes

The Executive working there since long time they don't get promotion, position upgradation, less payment. When anyone left the job they depute / hired from outside inspite of giving responsibility as well as position to their own old employees.

Job Security is very good here. Work Culture is good. Management is good. ( HR department is very bad here, Less educated people and their Management is very bad as I felt ) Company Policies are overall average

Dislikes

There is no training program for any trainee, No Skill development program, old culture, old system, Plant don't have a single good pc to work on, Less educated staff as usual in every Sugar Industry.
