Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

This is a good company. I learn many things from this company and working environment is nice and also culter is excellent..I really happy working with this company.

There is a politics between department wise. meanwhile carear growth is very slow and there is no bonaus system.

Dalmia Bharat Foundation is a big group of industries so provided over all facilities well and completed our all projects with 100% perfectly. I feel proud that I am part of Dalmia Bharat Foundation. And most important DBF group is work with quality work.

I think HR department some time take decision quickly I will suggested that please choose right candidate for right job role .
