Unity in the co-workers were actually very good.

Dislikes

Entire organisation culture include salary, benefits, allowances and everything. Dalmia HR is one of the worst HR out there. Fake promises at the time of joining but they keep none.

Nothing. Actually company rules & regulations are the best, but employees are very bad & politicians.

Everything. Manly company employees. Salary structure not satisfactory, Travelling Allowance is very low from other Cement companies.

Company having fixed salary structure, no variable component and good allowance police. working environment is not so good and there is no authority till GM only u have responsibility according to your designation. All approval are centralized at Chennai .
