Worked with team spirit,better job security,best carrier growty,good salary,more travelling to distant branches and area mostly rural,social banking and imbalane work life

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high.Most challanging working environment with risk , insufficient cash management and dirty politics.There is no better job training opportunity but aspections for high targets fulfill.

... Recruitment of staff except office attendant is through IBPS Mumbai every year. Salary and allowances are at par with respective Sponsor Bank, Punjab National National Bank.

Dislikes

However staff of this bank are working in same environment and in the rural location but are not being provided the lease facilities and Diem, traveling allowances,at par with PNB Staff.

Likes

Good work environment and culture.colleages are very supportive and helpful.Management is transparent.There is a single room for lunch.Bank policies are very good, appraisals are fair and confidential, increament and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 1 year for office assistant.proper job training is not given to new joinee.
