Career Growth and salary depends on Mangers choice, they won't see the talent in salary hike and promotion. For contract employees no facilities provided by the company. It is one of the worst companies I have ever worked at. Both the floor managers and the ones from the human resource department threaten lower-ranked employees all the time and when they say that they'd like to tender their resignation, these managers threaten them with legal action. The work culture, in plain and simple words, is just pathetic!
